This location is understaffed. Waited over 15 minutes for a cold brew because they wanted to finish the line at the drive through window before the would help me the only person inside. Then she gave me the wrong order and insisted I was wrong but the receipt showed what I really ordered.

The girls working were laughing at my daughter and I, when they heard my daughter say that’s incredibly rude, they stopped. But, then at the window did not look at us, did not speak to us, didn’t even thank us for coming. I will never go there again. The ice drinks were warm.

Been disappointed lately–Twice I’ve asked for hazelnut in my drink, and twice I’ve received carmel– I would have returned it it but didn’t want to wait for 4 or 5 cars now in line to complain. I tossed the $7.00 drink in the nearest garbage. Probably won’t be back for a while. Very frustrating.

I LOVE Scooters and am a die hard Scooters girl! I love my blended carmelicious with whip cream and caramel drizzle! They staff is always super nice and pleasant when I go even when they get slammed. Sometimes it is a very long line. I have had their everything bagel sandwich and I love it (when they make sure it is fully cooked) it’s definitely frozen and microwaved because awhile back in took a big bite out of mine and it was still hard and cold in the center and kind of ruined them for me for awhile. But that’s honestly the only bad experience I had had and have been going here for years.
