First of all there are two Hardee’s on roan street. This review is for 2702. Have been there three times in the past three weeks and each time has been excellent. Biscuits are golden brown and don’t look like they have been stepped on. The people I have talked to are very nice and courteous. Even though I have to pass by one, I will continue to go to this one.

If you are in a hurry, don’t waste your time ordering inside. They prioritize the drive-thru over inside orders. I can hear the order being placed over their speakers and they completed 5 separate drive-thru orders before ever coming up to the counter to take my order. I stood there almost 10 minutes.

Absolute trash. Went here at 8:40 in the morning and all their food was old and my biscuit couldn’t even be bitten into. Not to mention. The chicken in it was so old and dry I felt sick. I also tried to use coupons and they literally took them, and didn’t put them in! The only decent thing was the person who took my order at the speaker was pleasant. We are getting a refund right now and that’s taking 10 times longer than the time it took them to overcharge my card.

This place might be ok for breakfast but it SUCKS for anything else. The service is slow, staff is as friendly as a rabid porcupine, very small food portions and it’s really expensive for what it is. A small, plain burger is $3? Overall, I’m still sick over paying $16+ for such a puney lunch
