Cashier (shamiya) was very nice and helpful. Very courteous and pleasant. Also the lady (zeritu) delivering food was very nice. Food was good, price wasn’t bad either. Tiramisu shake was great! Was the 7997 seven locks road Shake Shack!

I tried a beef and chicken burger and both tasted great! The beef in particular had a nice crunchy-ish texture which had a positive impact on flavor. I thought the price was steep for the quantity, however.

It was a typical food court offering but someone forgot to taste this new offering….so I will stay with my usual choices (single white truffle burger)

This is really a substandard Shake Shack. Service is horrible and wait times are unacceptably slow. How corporate can let this place remain open without new management overhaul beats me.

Total disappointment. Went to the store at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda MD. Despite being the only customer at the time in a fully staffed store, they still badly bungled my order, forcing me to drive back 20 minutes to get the food they neglected to put in the bag. The food at Shake Shack is good but bad service and bad attitude completely spoiled the experience.

Yeah, that looks like 30 bucks worth of food. No interest in eating any of that.

Congratulations to the chef. The young gentleman cooked our cheeseburgers to perfection. Like seriously. Probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The presentation was quite lackluster though. The french fries were also a little undercooked to my taste. We purchase a sauce on the side, that came warm. A surprise, but a welcomed one. The dining room was packed with patrons from other venues, making it quite a challenge to find a table. Overall, outside of the burger, it was a perfectly average fast food experience. I sincerely hope to never have to ever set another foot in Maryland though.
