NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!! Absolutely the WORST wendys in columbus! They are EXTREMELY SLOW…Prepare to spend atleast 45 min to get your food. It wouldn’t surprise me if they handed you out your food cold!! There is ALWAYS a long line, unless they just don’t feel like working. They will tell you they are “going threw a shift change” and cant take orders, on top of ALL of that they keep the inside closed at ALL times. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

The dining room is closed. Then they know who you are and will say no walk throughs are allowed for the safety of the employees. I felt so insulted earlier in the day they let a couple walk-up and get food . 30 or 40 minutes or so before I walked up they had let another guy walk up felt like I had 2 things against me and I know this the homeless can’t walk up or even ride my bike up either.

Super SUPER slow, did not acknowledge me for almost 20mins, then took 10mins to get my drink (a large coke), Bun was clearly stale. Doubt I’ll waste anymore money there. Oh! And the coke tasted really weird, after 3 sips to make sure I wasn’t crazy, I just threw it away…along with the stale bun.

Word of warning! A young family member applied for a morning crew position online and was given an interview time for today at 10:10 a.m. through the chat hiring bot. She arrived for the interview and entered the closed lobby to announce her arrival. The worker on duty (Quinn/Mgr) was upset she entered the lobby and then stated she did not even know they were hiring ( the hiring notice is still up on site this morning). If this is the tone you set with potential employees it is no wonder this location has such poor reviews. Unbeknownst to Quinn who is not management material, the person who came in to interview is autistic and the damage done can not be reversed. She arrived ahead of the designated time to be interviewed only to be verbally assaulted and dismissed. We returned to get the manager’s name only for her to deny what happened and then refuse to give her name..stating she was not doing this today but to have blessed day. We had to get her name from an employee at the pickup window. They need to hire better management that is better suited to interact with the public. This manager and store are a bad look for Wendy’s. I would have given this location negative stars if it were possible.

I went to the drive thru around 8:45/9:00pm the employees were so rude & also my bacon to baconator fries wasn’t chopped up ! .. the jr. Hamburger we ordered had no topping and she made it a problem when I asked for ketchup. Smh it’s always a problem at this location ! at this point idc if they close… I usually travel to the gender location but today I was tired but ik now just make that drive .! ‍♀️

Sitting in the dining room as I write this. 6 members of management having a meeting at the high table. Page is giving directions on what expected of employees. Okay, good! However, the number of times I just heard the F word and S word come out of her mouth. Your customers don’t want hear that while eating dinner!! If an employee done that, she would fire them based upon the minor things that I just heard her say she would discipline for.
