Great Food, Economic prices, and not greasy like other chinese takout restaurants in town. Recommend 10/10

While picking up for another, I decided to get a cup of fresh watermelon ($2.50). The fruit was under ripe and hard. Not worth .50. Long time since I last been there. Plexiglass across the entire counter & dine in tables are gone. Looks like they may have had some trouble.

Honestly, I’m not sure how this place has a 4 star rating. I literally couldn’t even eat my meal nor could my husband. To start, I have never heard of a Chinese food place that doesn’t deliver and they’re cash only. Super sketchy if you ask me. And the food – the chicken was disgusting chewy and tendon-like – the soup was all oil, the sweet and sour chicken sauce was congealed and literally looked like jello. The only edible thing I could eat was the white rice which was also over cooked mush. I’m wondering how many people reviewed this that lost their taste due to Covid or if they simply just have no taste in food. Stay away from this place.

The experience was horrible and embarrassing was not made aware that they only took cash. Until I got to the restaurant to pick up my order in front of 3 other customers. I placed my order on the phone with restaurant and was just picking up to go. I asked why I was not told this on the phone? However she did give me the address and made sure she informed they were West Post Rd. Not East. She informed me everyone knows. This was my first time going there and my last. They don’t even accept debit cards. She basically BARKED ON me screaming no credit cards ONLY CASH. I ran out the store with no food and totally EMBARRASSED

One of the cleaner, fresher tasting Chinese food restaurants I’ve been too. If you order Chinese food regularly- you know it can be hit or miss – oily entrees and sometimes questionable/unidentifiable meat entrees as well.

Pros: Food is delicious, well cooked, you feel the seasoning, price very reasonable, staff too compromised with the food that maybe you’ll feel they don’t have a good customer service, but they just want to serve you in a timely manner and with quality.

When you order at night the person kind of yells at you mad on over the phone. I realized why when I went to the store to pick my order up. So many obnoxious people bothering this cook ‍ that I felt bad for him. The energy at that area itself is heavy you don’t want to stay longer than five minutes or else you’ll Witness a brawl or some kinda of argument.

The food is good , but you have to ask for sauces (they don’t automatically put them in the bag I found out) Its also cash only /no delivery which is a con . As for pros as i said ,food was good and the staff is nice.

Very reasonably priced food. General Tso sauce is very good: General chicken, General Tso Tofu, and General Tso chicken wings are the best!

This store has been around for almost 20 years. Maybe longer. And it is the secret spot for chinese food. And thats because its near the ghetto if white plains. And thats what makes it one of the top spots. Because there location does take away from their love of cooking. And you can taste it. Just love it.
