AFTER i drive to pick up my order there’s a notice saying “Drive-thru Only”. Line was very long, wait… wait… wait… pay at window and my pizza is STILL not ready (25min) and was asked to get BACK in line and wait for my pizza AGAIN!!! At this point the line is twice as long as it was but she had my $$$ so what choice do i have??!!??

My pizza came with Nats and fruit flies on it and then they forgot my French fries the lady who delivered my order said she’ll be right back with them it’s been almost an hour since then . And I was going to be very calm and understanding until I called and the woman who answered the phone was rude . She thought she was on mute and I could hear the manager call me a bitc and then the woman who was on the phone with me called me a hie. This is very rude and all I asked was for my order information. This is very disappointing and disturbing. There was nothing done I’m very upset . This will not be the end.

I came in just bc I wanted a personal pan. The staff was really friendly, and my pizza was cut just like a regular size! Which I thought was cute… My table was cleaned and dried. I will say that I have enjoyed my services.

This place needs a serious overhaul including the manager (Karen) who could be heard by customers in the dining room talking about an employee to another employee! Not just talking… swearing and calling her employee a bit*h. Finally got home to find one of our pizzas was so burned that you couldn’t even eat the crust. Already left a voicemail for the general manager.
