The breakfasts we had were delicious and the service is very good and the porch seating and atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Ok I know in a resort town there is a bit of an up charge for being at the beach and catering to the tourists but to pay over 60$ for 2 breakfasts and a kids pancake order is a bit ridiculous. Thankfully it was good but not what I would shill out for breakfast repeatedly on vacation. So all in all I would advise others this place is nice but you’re going to pay for how nice it is!

Don’t overlook this gem in West Cape May, less than 2 minutes from the Mall. Not just pancakes, French toast and waffles- but on their special menu, this amazing fresh fruit, housemade Greek Yogurt and housemade Granola with a straw of honey.

Charging 2 dollars for bottled water is ridiculous and not serving tap water is low class. The owners only use plastic cups and paper cups to serve drinks; meaning they are not considerate of the environmental impact of their operation. I believe they do this to extract value from customers and save money on a dishwasher. I would not recommend this establishment. Knowing I spent 2 dollars + tip and taxes on water ruined my meal.

Food is fine, but not great and certainly not special enough to warrant the prices. This is the first time ever that I ordered pancakes at a pancake house and had to pay 3.50 for butter and syrup. $2 for water, coffee in paper cups. The service is as nice but we waited so long, I really wish we’d waited elsewhere.

Best blueberry pancakes we have had in Cape May! They were light and fluffy and tasted just like homemade! The orange juice was recommended and it was also fresh and delicious. Our waitress was very sweet and made us feel comfortable with her warm personality.

We stopped in for a quick breakfast on a warm morning and asked for some cold water to have while reading the menu. Was told that was not an option…that we could buy some. We were going to order coffee ☕…water has always been provided to customers gratis in the countless restaurants of all levels that I have been to throughout the country. This was a first. It wasn’t the point of paying for the water just that if they are that cheap I can only imagine the food. We also found out it was cash only. I only use credit cards as if I am spending money I like to get some reward points back. In 2023 most people do the same. Great way to lose customers. We were so put off by all of this nonsense that we left.

Four of us had breakfast here. Food was good! Service was very good! But what is up with all the cash-only establishments in Cape May? I’m ok with a cash only price that is less than the credit card price… I have no issue with an establishment recovering their costs… I get that merchants have to pay a fee when they accept a card. But to not accept cards at all is going to reduce your appeal. It’s just too convenient to use a card for things. And it wasn’t like the prices were fantastic. I probably won’t go back there, even though I had no complaints.

If you’re a restaurant charging expensive brunch prices, you don’t get to be cash only AND charge $2 bottled water (not serving tap). Very trashy for a place that has $15 pancakes. Very yummy omelette and waffles. I wish I could tell yall how the pancakes tasted but they gave me waffles instead. Oh well

Place only takes cash and charges for bottled water. (They won’t serve you tap water.) Everything is a la carte. We only spent 40 bucks but didn’t have very much for breakfast. You could easily drop 100 bucks here for two people for breakfast so be careful. Food is good, but pricing has a very, very very, tourist-trap vibe.
