This location has the absolute slowest employee I have ever seen work fast food. I am not remotely joking or exaggerating. I really do not know how they still have a job. I literally go anywhere else due to this particular person. I can drive up the road to the other location and get my sandwhich in half the time and its an 8 to 10 min drive!! No I am NOT joking. The other employees are fine but the older one just doesn’t want to be there and makes everyone late for anything they were early for.

Terrible customer service. I was the only person in line and the lady who worked there was making it obvious that she was not happy about making my order. I got a foot-long and two chocolate cherry cookies. She bags up the sandwich and starts ringing me up. I remind her of the cookies and she goes “I have to ring them up before I put them in the bag”. She puts them in and I leave. I get to work and she gave me the wrong cookies. I go back and and tell her. She bags them up and I had my hand out to take the bag from her. She takes the cookies and tosses them across the counter and doesn’t say a word. I walked out and won’t be back.

Jessica was amazing! She knows how to make the Cubano! I am always surprised how much work she can manage all by herself. My Subs were perfectly made. While this particular location is the closest to my home, I have stopped visiting due to poor service. Now with Jessica there, I feel very confident that there has been a major turnaround. Thanks to Jessica and to Subway for attracting such awesome people!

Terrible The only employee was outside smoking and had to come in to help us and the glass cover was not down on the food. The food was looking like it was going dry and bad with bottles setting out and she didn’t wash her hands before putting the gloves on also very slow and disappointing.

old lady didn’t change a glove after she touched other’s money/food/mask. also saw her touch the bread with her arm. i know a worker here and i know they would never do this to someone else. argued with other guest and moved terribly slow.

I went to this Subway at approximately 3:15pm on July 8th. No employees or customers were in the store. After waiting 5 minutes, an employee who was parked in her car (near the front entrance), came into the store and helped me. After the transaction was completed, I left the store. The employee left right behind me and got back into her car.
