My coffee wasn’t made correctly, so I simply went inside and asked for a new one, and was immediately met with attitude and accusations by a female employee. I have never experienced another Dunkin like this one. I was excited for their remodeling being done hoping they were striving for better but once again I found hair in more than one of my food items ordered. It was the most watery cold brew coffee I’ve ever had from Dunkin and of the 2 coffees ordered one of them was made incorrectly in two ways. They’ve messed up my order so many times, and I have found hair entangled in my food several times that I don’t think I could ever go back here even though it’s a convenient location for me.
