1st time here! We came on a Tuesday afternoon before our cardinal game and it wasn’t busy at all. Tons of parking available. The robot seating us and bringing us our food was super cute and the kids loved it. Tons of seating inside. Our food was good. Our server was good. No complaints. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed Saturday lunch at O’Town. We tried the chicken nachos and the Mac dog with a side salad. All of our food was delicious and portions were plentiful. Our server was friendly and attentive checking back on us often. The robot assisted with delivering food from the kitchen to the table. The menu here is huge and has something for everyone. We loved it and will come again.

**EDIT Almost everyone had terrible stomach issues the next norning. I couldn’t believe it. At first I thought it was just me, but since we were all seeing each other for a memorial I saw that everyone had gone through the same plight I had. So, I’m back to lower my review from 3 to a 2. This afternoon was our first time here at this location. They have this robot named “Bella Bot” it will lead you to you sit. It’s kinda funny how it knows what table to go to.. Steph was our server and she was training someone the day we were here.. When you have Steph you will know by her wonderful accent. My son and I had the House salad with Rare Steak. It came out perfectly prepared. Come on by and try it.. We will be back again!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The portions are generous. The robot is adorable and very unique. I have had the pleasure of eating at O Town 3 times and I have had consistently great experiences. Last night, I took my parents and they also loved the food. We were waited on by a very nice server named Dwight I believe. He is my favorite server. He is always so kind and attentive! I truly and honestly recommend giving this restaurant a try. You won’t regret. 10/10

There were so many choices on the menu! Finally, we decided on the food, and we were not disappointed! Although a cat-like “robot” showed us to our table, the human staff are the heart and key to this wonderful eating establishment. Our waitress, Grace was attentive and efficient. The manager, Dwight, stop by our table to chat, and to make sure that we were enjoying our meal. The food portions were generous enough to fill my hungry husband, and I had some yummy leftovers to take home. We can’t wait to take our grandchildren and adult children here.
