Do not go to this chipotle and waste your money and time. They have the worst employees, terrible customer service, they will mess up your order twice and then laugh with the l their coworkers about not being able to make a burrito. I had to drive back to chipotle because they got my order wrong, their was another customer complaining about their order being wrong. This is fast food if you follow simple instructions you should be able to do your job, they must hire anyone and tell them customer service is not at all important. I tried to contact their corporate customer service. I got no response, they basically cheated me, ruined my dinner and wasted my time. Don’t eat at chipotle, the food is not good, they aren’t a clean restaurant, they have had past issues and their employees are rude.

I used to always count on chipotle for an excellent experience every time. It’s been a good looong while since I have been to a chipotle that has held it exceeded that standard. The food seasoned to perfection and hot, clean, and the people here were really kind. Thank you for giving me this experience again. I can tell the people working here take pride in what they do.

As I already called my mom and texted some friends to share my experience Tonight, I want to do the same here and express my gratitude and satisfaction the staff at this store just gave me besides the great location my food was was perfectly prepared, finally portions are perfect and balanced how it supposed to be in a bowl it’s very unfortunate that not all locations perform this way, Derrick (service) and Sasha (cashier) made my night, SUNDAY ALMOST CLOSING TIME and they had the best attitude, laughing and having a good time! I don’t remember walking out from a Chipotle store this satisfied.

The food was mid. The customer service was rude. Mind you, it was 9:40 pm, however the person who made our food didn’t speak to my friend and I. There was one bag of chips left and instead of letting me purchase she said “oh they’re stale”.

Been awhile since I hit up Chipotle! Still a quick, fresh, good & tasty “hole-filler” with decent quality ingredients, BUT… I’m not a big fan of their “new” guajillo garlic beef! Very aggressive flavor profile… borderline bitter. Definitely would not order that again. I also learned that they use different lettuce for their “salads” than for their bowls. Who knew?!!? ✌️
