Worst Pizza ever! 1st time ordering here at the Taylor-Ecorse place. I checked thw menu online and ordered the BLT thin crust pizza ,price said $12.99 medium. I called back after he quoted a $17.49 price.I explained the onlune menu price was 12.99. He said show them the online price upon pickup. So I did and he then got a manager who then told me that was the ” on line order” price….I paid it ($17.50)saying I will never order here again and got an I dont care look. So I get it home,opened the box and there was no lettuce and scarce tiny bits of tomato a total grease bomb. Ive ordered BLT pizzas at different places but honestly I couldnt eat it.* pic

Literally when I called because they’re busy they don’t even say please hold they just pick the phone up and hang up on you and second of all when you order your pizza do you want green peppers onions they put huge chunks of vegetables and it makes it so gross for the pizza And there’s barely any sauce it’s thick though and they’re literally was bacon on it and I didn’t even order bacon. I ordered pepperoni green peppers and onion. It was so disgusting and they are usually good at this location but they are so bad now I will never order again from them and it’s so sad because I really like them

I live closer to the Happy’s on Eureka but I will drive the extra minutes every time to Ecorse. The staff here is so kind and funny, and they honestly have never messed up an order of mine. My favorite food item on the menu is the shrimp. It is absolutely PERFECT every single time and leaves me craving it for the rest of the week. The giant cookie + brownie is also AMAZING!! The owner is kind and helpful, and always pushes her workers to do the best! I love talking to her and the cooks while waiting for my order. I order all the time for my job and I haven’t had any complaints about their food from coworkers. The atmosphere is always lighthearted and fun and I will always choose this Happys Pizza for that reason. I know I am rambling on here but it pains me to see my favorite store with a 2.0 on yelp, even if the only reason is because you only write a review if you have a bad or great experience. I truly think that if you live in Taylor this should be your Happys of choice, thank you!!

Just picked up a deep dish pizza nothing but raw pizza dough. It was a twice baked deep dish too. Disgusting. I’m not contacting customer service like your same response is to everyone get people who know what they are doing in your business plain and simple. They didn’t give me my entire order. And the bag they did give me had a cup of boom boom sauce with a melted lid and have was spilled all over the bag. I ordered 6 cups of extra ranch, and instead I got two bread sticks wrapped up in foil, made to look like ranch. The salad wasn’t too bad after I picked out the brown prices. Spent 74$ and was worth probably 20-30 at best. Was very disappointed. I will not be going back.

They sell their boneless wings by the pound. I ordered 2lbs of boneless wings and when I got home it definitely didn’t look like 2 pounds. I weighed them on my kitchen scale and it was 1.1lbs. Even if they were weighing them precooked there’s no way you should lose a pound of weight. I called the store and was told it’s a corporate thing and not her issue because she’s just an employee. I asked to talk to a manager and was told they don’t work weekends. I asked for their corporate number and was told they don’t know it because they don’t call corporate. Don’t order from here they will rip you off.
