First time here. Not a fan of the order machines. Supposed to be: buy 5 get one free. That didn’t kick in, so I paid for 6. They then asked if I wanted a refund for 1 or just add another sandwich, I added another sandwich. I also ordered spring rolls, only to find out, they’re out of spring rolls (after i paid) while they were checking my receipt for the first issue. So then they had to refund me that cost. After waiting for a few minutes in their HOT restaurant, they are out of one of the meat selections I ordered. So I requested another refund. Finally got my order after waiting almost an hour. Next time, I’ll just stick with Duc Huong.

Pretty good variety of sandwiches to choose from. I got the buy 5, get one free deal. If you’re lucky, it might still be around. One thing I noticed was my sandwiches didn’t come with cilantro. A bit weird, but probably was just missed.

The Food is very decent and the price is low. The only thing is that there is no place to sit. Recommend the signature Banh Mi. I got two regular but realized that one regular is enough for two people.

Customer service was good. The food used to be good but last time I went price has surged to 10 dollars for the large. The meat didn’t taste the same either. Seemed more like a cold cut sandwich. Was disappointed as this was the joint to stop by for a delicious Vietnamese sandwich.

It’s pretty good, but it could be better. The banh mi was stuffed with meat and all of the veggies, and everything tasted great! My issue lies in the bread. The bread felt a little stale to where it was no longer crunchy. It became chewy and doughy, so the bread could have been toasted before serving. They make fresh bread here, so it’s good bread, but it could have been warmed up before serving. I also got the fruit cup Che, and it was sweet and delicious. However, it didn’t come with all of the toppings that the menu stated for what I ordered.

The bread on the Bhan Mi is amazing, I ordered the shredded chicken – felt like it was chicken powder it was weird. The egg Banh Mi was great.

We ordered 11 full sandwiches. We showed the manager the coupon on yelp, “Buy 5 get 1 free”. They did NOT honor it they just said, “You have to ask grubhub.” The coupon clearly says, Banh Mi Oven. And they just laughed at us. Very poor customer service. They act like they DON’T need customers. Their coupon is FALSE ADVERTISING. Never trust businesses that do that.

Banh mi means the Vietnamese French bread (sandwiches). We had #29 pork + egg small & #1 combo large. It’s $4 small, $10 large. Large is like subway size. Ingredients are fresh, they have cilantro, pickled veggie. Bread is warm & crispy. I asked them for the popular choices. I know this place is popular. They did a great job to renovate & modernize it recently.

Went at 7:45pm, placed order, waited, and finally got our two sandwiches at 8:15pm. No banh mi is worth waiting 30min for. Wait time aside, the sandwich is a passable 6/10. The two places we usually go to down the street are both more authentic and more tasty than this. If your in Little Saigon, roll the dice with any other banh mi shop. We will not go back again.
