Had to give them a 3 star. Now the water was really friendly and very helpful. But they kept forgetting to give us all of what we order. I Order a full rack of ribs but got an half my wife order the tx trio and didn’t get her tender until she realized it was not on her plate as well as the garlic toast. They was just all off yesterday and was not busy when we went so that was not an excuse. Order blackberry tea they forgot to put the blackberry flavor in the tea. So I just had to give a 3star for that experience

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order online. It says the food will be ready at 7:04 pull into a spot and put your number in. Pulled in at 7:00. After waiting 20 mins my husband finally went it and waited another 16 minutes to get our food. Got it to the truck and we had 0 out or 12 ranch that mind you you have to pay for individually. When I went in to get the condiments I waited another 25 minutes after telling 3 DIFFERENT people what I was waiting on we got it. TERRIBLE SERVICE. People from the hotels across the street come in town and try to simply get dinner and this is what happens. Wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!! We spent over $100 on food and this is the service we received. NO THANK YOU!

The food is always good, and you get plenty for the price. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they often don’t include the cup of ranch that they’re supposed to include, it may not sound like a big deal-but Buffalo wings are way better with ranch (to me) and it’s hard to find good ranch like theirs.
