You know the food is going to be awesome. The service is friendly, fast, and fantastic! They tear through a huge line of cars on the drive-thru very quickly. Inside, we placed a large order and our food was delivered to our table almost as fast as we could sit down. They gave us extra sauce and extra pickles at no charge. The bathroom was clean. They have automatic trash cans that open as you approach.

Store was dirty. Over flowing trash cans. Tables had trash on them. Food was great. Took 20 minutes to get our food. There were 6 of us. We asked for 12 sauces, that’s 2 per person. The cashier tells us we’ll have to buy a bottle of sauce. They forgot our ketchup and a soda.

Ok got to do it. I live up the road and have been to this location dozens of times. About 90% of the salads I’ve gotten from there have been awful. Tonight though the chicken was like jerky and our fries were half filled and mushy. They left a bunch of things out which is also a frequent occurrence here. I love Chic but this location is lacking. I think next time we’ll just pick another location. 🙁

Another standup example from Chic Fila, super fast service (I literally just sat down when my food was brought out to me). Employees were friendly and attentive. Food was great, I got the wrap for the first time and was not disappointed. The quickness really helped out as I was crunched for time.

I’m doing three stars because the food is awesome but next time I will drive 6 more miles for a different location. I was not pleased with my service outside. The worker, I’m not going to out her by listing her name, couldn’t present a menu and no I don’t have it memorized. I was not given any straws which isn’t a big deal but if I’m complaining I’m going to cover it all. Sorry but I won’t be eating at this specific location anymore.
