The drinks are always made really well. The staff doesn’t generally move with much speed, and the area to wait when there is a line is small. Glad they have a punch card and they have stayed stocked while other freestanding Starbucks have said they were out of items.

I always get the same drink. Wasn’t made correctly and wasn’t the Sam AT ALL. Workers used to be consistent and good. Has gone down hill. Wont be coming back.

Michael was very sweet when we got are drink hot and asked for it iced he remade it for us and he didn’t have a problem with it. Cass on the other hand was very rude. when i asked for a cake pop she asked what one in the rudest way. she was also very rude when we asked Michael to remake are drink. She was over all just very very rude and had no care for any of the customers she checked out while i was there.

We grabbed a coue items on for a day of errands. The staff was nice and friendly. Even the perso training seemed like she was doing a good job from my perspective. The coffee and pupkin loaf were great also.

I hesitate to write a bad review but service here has consistently been bad and is getting worse. My order has frequently been wrong with either the wrong size or making it full temperature when I’ve asked for it to be kids temperature. It might seem like a small and inconsequential thing but it’s a $5 drink and when called out they are not apologetic or offer to solve the problem. I’ll happily pay for the size of drink I want but to not even offer, or heaven forbid pour it into a bigger cup and call it a day!

Mike and Matt are the best! The whole crew there deals with snobby Hudsonville people who are in too much of a hurry to recognize great service when they see it! At least half of the crew knows how I like my drinks, and they are all super nice to my 6 year old daughter. Keep up the good work, all!
