Staff was very attentive and produced tasty meals. We had a very large order (big family) with many different selections. No missing items and complete promptly. On out way out the door, we spilled out bubble teas and they quickly offered to remake them for us and put us at easy for the horrible mess we made.

Did Wok n’ Roll change owners? Because the quality of the food has declined dramatically. Last time I ate here was about a year ago and the beef and broccoli was amazing and everything else was good. This time had the orange chicken. The sauce tasted okay, but the texture was way off. The noodles were dry and flavorless, and the fried rice was absolutely soaked in grease and they had used frozen mixed vegetables. Clearly identified by the lima beans and corn. If not for the potstickers and wonton I ordered I would have gone hungry because it was almost inedible. Even those tasted like they hadn’t changed the fryer oil recently. I should have trusted my instincts and gone to Panda Express. Won’t make that mistake again.

I’ve visited this place about 2 years ago and it was excellent. Just visited here today and I was less than happy with my purchase. I got a single entree with orange chicken and chow mein. The chicken was decent but the chow mein noodles had a very odd after taste. Staff was friendly.

I liked this place years ago when it was new, but the quality of the food has unfortunately really declined. I had orange chicken and fried rice. The chicken was dark brown and didn’t look like orange chicken. The sauce flavor was decent but most of the chicken was gristly and inedible. The rice has good flavor, but was dry. On the plus side the service was fast and very friendly.
