Everything was very dirty and they were not restocking anything. They literally gave me two jalapeños because that was all that was left in the one container and half a scoop of the mango salsa. Multiple items were completely gone and they didn’t even make more despite it being 6:30pm. Would not recommend.

Eat here alot. Today however the most bizarre exchange took place with the young lady behind the counter. I had an office order and one co-worker wanted just Chips and Salsa as well as a side of Pico. Young lady behind the counter insisted that they were the same thing pico is the only thing available qdoba has no salsa 🙁 Left me wondering what Ive been adding to mexican food all this time??? And how many times have I been out and the waitstaff got a good chuckle at my foolish request for some tasty salsa??? Perhaps some better customer service training for her is in order and maybe some labels on the sauces offered so Pico isnt mistaken for salsa and vice versa. Anywho this statement is just as ridiculous as the rude attention from the girl that served me today. Ive attached a photo of each that can perhaps be used for reference in the future. And maybe they dont have salsa if not then let this review serve as a heads up if its tasty chip dip I like to call salsa you seek then perhaps Qdoba is not the place for you. 🙂 The chips were good!

Understandably, it’s hard to find employees. However, the two gals you have today could care less about being there. The food service was horrible. The store is absolutely filthy. The area dishing up the food food was completely dirty plus where they cook..I would hope management could come in and do a little cleanup. It is summer I eat quite often and disappointed in how it looks.

This location first of all was dirty, we came for lunch and the area which they serve food from looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Second of all the customer service we received was underwhelming, and after seeing the attitude the girl gave the next customers, I was mortified. This location definitely needs better staff, at least fake being a nice person when serving others!

My wife and I come at least once a week and normally the food is good… Unfortunately we had the worst customer service interaction I’ve ever had and I have worked customer service for many years. There were two people working the front, a young teenage boy who had the worst attitude possible and a young woman who claimed to be “the manager and turned out not to be one after contacting an actual manager from the other location near by. So if you see a young lady with tattoos on both of her arms, and a young man with shaggy brown hair covering his eyes I would highly recommend going somewhere else. If management wants to reach out to me I would love to explain the situation and hopefully prevent any other interactions similar to what we had in our last visit. They refused to give their names or names of their management.
