Better food and people elsewhere. If you’re going to spend $13-15 per roll you have better options along Manchester without having to be hassled by impatient and cranky staff. Disappointing. Like gas station sushi.

The sushi is good. However, our visit this evening was one of the worst dining experiences we didn’t stay to have. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before anyone bothered to offer us water. I had enough time to go to the bathroom, only to return to find that we had still not been approached by a server. We looked to the tables around us–one waiting to order, another waiting to pay–and decided that if we stayed, we would be waiting the whole night.

The sushi was good and the waitress was super friendly, but the service was extremely slow. I don’t know if they were just understaffed for the night, but everything just seemed to take forever. I think we were there for over 1-1/2 hours, 30 min of which was actually eating. I think I probably waited 20 minutes to get a water refill and the dishes from our appetizers just sat on the table for the duration of the meal. I think if they could put just a little more emphasis on timely service then this place would be just as popular as the Kirkwood location. Really love the food and friendly staff though!

This place is usually pretty good. Food comes out fast is never really busy when I’ve been there. Last time tho my sushi roll didn’t stay together it came out with the seaweed separated, could have been better put together but was still delicious and waitress was pleasant.

Previous reviewers disliked the service. We found the service exceptional (waitstaff constantly passing by, offering whatever we needed, instead of waiting for our designated waiter to serve us). The food was great, and the prices seemed comparable with other sushi places in the area.

Almost didn’t visit due to reading reviews with the combo of two things I hate most (slow bad service & mandatory gratuity) but don’t know what other reviews are referring to since service was so good that they were almost over performing to fight some mistaken idea that there was bad service. Gratuity didn’t appear on a two person bill, should have checked if they did it on a 4 person which I still hate but less so.

First time at this location and very underwhelmed. Sushi just wasn’t up to the norm in texture, temp and taste. The fried rice and veggies in the bento box were so over seasoned they were inedible. Our service was good though.

Took 30 minutes to get appetizers, when they did serve us, the food was cold. Waiter was nice, but they completely understaffed a very busy night and had two hosts who did nothing to alleviate the situation. It was my mother’s birthday and we left very unhappy and hungry.
