I ordered a chili cheese dog, What I got was burnt and inedible. If I had served something like that when I worked in the fast food industry I would have been fired. I’m very disappointed and if I could give no stars to leave this review I would. Ultimately failures like these come down to management for allowing service like this to begin with. The parking lot is full of horrible pot holes. The place isn’t fully lit up at night. The employees aren’t the friendliest. The food is often disappointing and my fiancée won’t eat from this location anymore after getting sick.

Employees outside smoking, coughing, inside and outside look dirty with cigarettes every where ! My chicken sandwich was ok, tots were bad. I reported this to sonic directly! This location needs a complete redo & reset before it goes out of business. Screens aren’t working. Couldn’t check in on the app. Didn’t even look open when I pulled up. Geez

Worst location ever! Last three times that I’ve stopped by here has been a bad experience. This location will let you sit in the drive-through for 15 minutes and then tell you when you get up to the speaker that they are only honoring app orders. And if you pull up to a stall and are lucky enough to get them to answer in a timely manner, then they tell you they will have it out as soon as possible and it takes 20 minutes to get two drinks. I’m done.

I didn’t make it through the drive-through ordering this time. The girl taking my order kept making mistakes. But I was patient through that. You never know if someone is learning or if it’s hard to hear. Suddenly she “disappears” for a long time. At first I thought she was re-figuring something. Finally another voice comes on. I assume we are finishing my order, but this one has no clue, no history. It’s as if I am an entirely new customer. So we start over … and before we finish, we are interrupted by the original girl who talks over the new voice as if they aren’t there. She has my order and jumps right in. I’m confused now. She explains she had to “talk to her friend.” Really? (I hope it was an emergency, but as the customer, it would have been nice to know that’s why I had been waiting.)

I have ordered 4 times and this is the finale….ill never come to this location again because they cant fathom someone orders Fries+chili With NO CHEESE. Im allergic you lazy sacks.
