I seriously can’t find a better spider roll no matter where I go! When I come back to Indiana, I always have to stop by! The food is amazing and really well priced for hibachi. But seriously, get the spider roll! Not only does it taste amazing, but heck, the presentation is incredible! I’m so disappointed elsewhere when it comes out like any other roll. I love the fun they have with it here! The presentation of their dragon rolls and volcano roll are pretty great too.

Happy birthday to my friend! We reserved 2 tables and they were ready for us when we arrived. The chefs did the show and it was fun. More reasonably priced than other hibachi places I’ve been. They should check allergies before they start, one chef threw shrimp on the grill but had to take it off and clean after someone said they were allergic. Also, the lights up front kept flickering. I challenged any ghost present to a dance off, but they didn’t wanna get served.

Definitely will not be going back! Upon entering I noticed the door was cracked open with a chair and the thermostat read 80! It was only 1 table being used not packed at all. It was around 1:30pm. When seated it was rice in all of our seats and all on the floor in front of the seats. I just cleaned the rice and than said I’m here without ax and I let’s just see how this go…. Well after we finish our salads and soups never ever came to clean the mess up it. It remained there when it was time to eat we had to stack dishes and move them and figure out how to eat elbow to elbow while the dirty dishes still remain there! The food was decent in taste. Definitely over price! We get the bill it didn’t mention anything about it being extra for fried rice it was $3.95×3. We are used to going to Avon and the service and quality definitely can not be beat! We didn’t expect to pay more than what we normally pay for way less than standard service! Uncomfortable while eating due to ac not working or off , dirty seats, dirty floors, not accurate food prices, overpriced food for mediocre food. I left so hot, disgusted and disappointed.

A-V-O-I-D !!!! This place is absolutely terrible. The chefs are very entertaining and the food is decent, the sushi roll we order(the dragon roll) is always steaming hot and very good though. But the service is very slow and so unapologetic. The owner is the whole problem! She does NOT care about her customers or making them happy..she is very greedy and just mean. You are made to feel as those you should be privileged to walk into her establishment smh. If you ever have a problem at this place you will NOT be compensated and she will be sure to give you some type of excuse.. Heres what happened to us the 3rd time we tried to have hope for this place… First, they are severely understaffed and I mean 4 people working the whole resteraunt understaffed! We waited a good 10 mins for water and another 30 for our one sushi roll (it was amazing though!) As the OWNER takes our childrens order she asks them what salad dressing ginger or ranch and they tell her they want soup not realizing both soup and salad come w their meal..so I tell her they want ranch she looks at me and says, no they no want salad they want soup .again I said ranch they will have ranch w their salads..again, she says no they tell me no salad… they ended up eating my salad smh..Then, we waited an hour for our chef to start our food all the while we could see the meat just sitting out the whole time uncovered.. The chef was accommodating and very entertaining. The food was good but not worth the wait, I got the pleasure of chomping down on an egg shell..no drink refills at all. The owner always brings the check because she wants to make sure she can add any extra thing possible! We paid $96.52 for 2 adults and 2 kids..for all water, 2 chicken kids meals, one adult steak hibachi and one vegetable hibachi and one sushi roll. The owner charged us all for fried rice an extra 3.50 each making our kids meals almost $20 each!! She said no, hibachi comes w steamed rice you said fried rice. I explained that I simply said vegetable rice SHE assumed I wanted fried rice because she could upcharge it. I am positive that all hibachi comes w fried rice not white steamed rice! She added the charge to everyone’s meal. Then she told me that we wanted trouble last time we were there and to pay and leave.. we had “trouble” last time because she did this same trickery to our check last time as well. As I walked to the restroom I could hear another patron discussing his bill w her having the same problem being upcharged. She is greedy and absolutely rude. We will never return to this place. It’s a shame because we love the one sushi roll we always get and the chefs know what they are doing but the owner is running this place into the ground! All the owner cares about is getting all the money she can from everyone..that’s why they are so understaffed.

Stopped in after picking up my sister in law from the airport. A bit weird to get in if coming from the west. You have to go past to an entrance as the other is a carve out right curve if coming from the east. The food was average to above average. We all had Teriyaki chicken and fried rice. Wasn’t much teriyaki flavor. The food was prepared and cooked very well. The shrimp was firm but not chewy. Those were very good! I had a Miami Roll that was superb in my opinion. Also tried the Rainbow Roll, one of the Tuna and it was pretty amazing too! Our cook was funny and pleasant. Not only did he cook our meal, he made a to go order of 4 dinners at the same time, not slowing down our meal cook time. The mens bathroom only had a toilet inside a gapped wall and no door lock or urinal. The entryway was very cool but needed a good dusting. The eating area was clean however. All in all I would eat here again if given the opportunity. A lot more teppanyaki tables than our Japanese Steakhouse in my town but ours seats 15 per table vs their 8 or 9! Only 4 Stars because of the bathroom, entryway and the weak teriyaki flavor!

They wouldn’t let me in with my service dog. He had his service dog vest on. He has never been refused a seat. Host said ” no pets allowed.” My immediate thoughts were only the ones on your menu. So we were happily welcomed at Red Lobster.

We really enjoyed our meal. Went on Mother’s Day for a late lunch and there was no wait. We use to go to Kabuto but didn’t want to make the drive and we first tried another Hibachi in Avon but there was 1.5 hour wait. We were impressed with Akira and will definitely go again!

Well really I don’t know where to start… this was my 3rd and last time at this place!!! The owner needs to let someone else take over she’s super rude over taxes you when your cashing out she acts like customers are a burden… super super understaffed and I see why!! I was only drinking water and never got a refill till I asked for the bill and that came briskly… the first round of drinks soup and salad came fast even the sushi came fast and it was great like the other times then I ordered the steak hibachi dinner meal and I ordered both my sons kids chicken teriyaki meals which said 11.95 on the menu but on the bill it said 15.95 don’t know how smh when asked the owner about it she stated we was looking for trouble just as we did the last time we came… lady is delirious it’s just always a money thing with this lady it seems… but the cook made it a little better with his performance and I also got some really cool pictures but didn’t get the complete meal because it took so long my phone died but the phone was good but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all until they get a new owner
