I hate to give this place another bad review but I have no choice. It seems like they have poor Management and need a change. Food was not good. Soda machine has been broken for over 2 months. Service was terrible with employees screaming vulgarity outback and the place was filthy. The worse part is that it was filthy and they were not even busy. Just lazy staff. Check out the floors and overflowing trash. Made me sick to be eating there. Won’t be going back for a long time …

Absolutely the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. They mess up every order, every single time. Policies and prices vary on who’s working. I get the exact same thing for my daughter. Five days in a row, I’ve got in three different places told that they could do it, then they couldn’t do it, then they could. It’s absolutely horrendous. It’s dirty. A lot alone that you pull up. You sit at the drive through with no customers in the lobby, no customers in the drive through. You wait a good two minutes before they answer the speaker. Then when you get to the window, you see all three to five employees standing there talking, nobody making any food, nobody servicing. The window that you’re sitting at, the fact that it takes 8 minutes to get too many. Chicken Little Sandwiches is absolutely deplorable. Worst customer service Ever. Every single time I go.

This is the 2nd time we have stopped here and the food is horrifying! It took over half an hour wait for a basic family meal and when we got it the chicken was unrecognizable with at least 1.5 inches of grease on the bottom. I don’t know how anyone could serve anything that looked like this did. Just awful! What is going on at this location????? This picture is before we are it. Never again! Tilton, NH location

I ordered on the app for a 3:45 pick up time, didn’t end up getting it until 4:20. The employees in the back were yelling and swearing at each other in full view of the customers. My food was still pretty good but waiting 40 minutes for fast food is pretty ridiculous. I’d look elsewhere unless you got nothing else to do with your day.

I mean it’s KFC so you pretty much know what to expect. Yummy food that isn’t great for you but it tastes so good. Moderate pricing. Big portions. Staff was ok, kind of had an attitude but didn’t mess up any of our orders. It took almost 20 min for our food though. Inside was gross. The trashes were all overflowing onto the floor and none of the tables cleaned off. Wish we had gone to the drive thru but it was like 12 cars long, super backed up.

Had to use drive thru for a mobile order, when dining room is closed please post in bold letters on the front door so people don’t get out of the long line, only to wait longer when finding the door is locked. Chicken tenders were very tasty.

I would leave zero stars but I can not leave a zero star review. My wife and I went to get just chicken, no sides or anything, (I’ve been disappointed with KFC since they stopped doing wedges) We were going to get popcorn chicken and just 8 tenders. We got told that our total was 29 dollars! For just the chicken no sides or drinks. We got just my tender (which was $20 for just 8 pieces) I then opened the box and that’s when I saw the saddest looking chicken tenders I have ever seen. I will not be going back to KFC and I think it’s time we let the franchise die.

Poor customer service – appears to be understaffed and waited 25 minutes in the drive-through with just three cars ahead of me – with no customers in the store! This has been a repeated problem for me at this store and will not be going back .

Ordered a famous bowl. When I got home the bowl only had 4 pieces of chicken and no corn. The place had one girl taking orders and then going out back to process orders. The rest of the crew were taking care of drive thu. It will be some time before I go there again.

For awhile I was just craving some good chicken Sandwiches. Gave this place so many chances went like 5 times in a row for lunch from work and they messed it up. I will never waste my money again on this place. They really need to pull it together. I understand sometimes. But not everytime I go. 60 dollars down the drain. Probably more than that.
