In the first photo is a young man named Drabley Nelsfin. He is the cheerful fellow who took our order. He assisted us with our every need. In the second photo is Eatman Nelsfin. He even filled up my drink when he noticed it was low. I told him Dr. Pepper but I think he accidentally(or maybe purposefully) put Barq’s root beer. It was ok. I like that, too. Good job Arby’s team. I will voyage to your restaurant again soon.

Got the number 2 half pound meal. Absolutely delicious! And with their new crinkle fries, it’s hard not to want Arby’s all the time! Staff was very friendly, and the store was spacious and clean!

The employees were very nice. I asked for a doordash…. The employee started to say I will check on that when she was rudely interrupted by the manager saying to me “I’m working on it”. ….. I was waiting for the order and my daughter called me. As I was telling my daughter I would call her right back, the manager slammed the order on the counter and said “well here is your order, it’s ready whenever you are” … As she was saying this in a ridiculously rude tone of voice, she was literally waving her hands and “shewing” me out of the store. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in my life. Never have gotten treated so horribly by a manager at a fast food place. Would literally be no stars if it wasn’t for the nice employees

This charming young man took my order with passion. I got a tasty Shamrock Farms Low Fat Chocolate Milk. He never failed to assist me with everything I needed. I believe his name was Eatman Nelsfin. He told me that he goes by “Baby Nelsfin”. If you see him, give him a large thank you and a $25 tip. He deserves it. for real.

Bikes Brews and BBQ
So I have been here several times in the past and I always receive great service which is why I gave it 3 stars. However I purchased a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich (see attached photo) and it was a disaster. Very little meat, the cheese was piled up on one side, and it tasted like a bread sandwich with a lot of sauce in the middle. Hopefully this is a one time experience.
