It’s very hard to find a soul food spot on the west side. I ordered the whole wing dinner and my husband order the perch dinner. We loved the food. The Mac and cheese and greens tasted amazing. His fries were seasoned and tasted great! We will be ordering again! I did however wish my chicken was a bit more crispier but I forgot to request it!

This has become a new favorite in this area. It is so hard to find good fish and their perch dinner is so good. I also love the loaded potatoes, always get my son a chicken tender basket and everything is so worth it. I am a very picky person. Prices are reasonable.

So glad we finally have a soul food restaurant on the westside!!! Everything is always fresh and very well seasoned. The lady who works in the front taking orders is very polite and is very helpful when it comes to fixing a problem. The facility is clean although no fine in option. Can’t wait to try more things on the menu!! Oh btw the Kool-aid reminds me of my childhood, its soooo good, nice little addition to your meal.

The food is good but its been about 3 or 4 times ive called and they have half of the menu available. The only sides they have is coleslaw fries and corn…..??? It doesn’t matter if they just opened still half the menu available

I have lived at West 98th and Madison for 17 years that restaurant has been a Chinese restaurant a soul food restaurant and I have never eaten any of their food. Last week Wednesday before Thanksgiving my daughter said A co-worker of hers told her that the food was good at the Madison Grille. I was doubtful!! she went and got a catfish dinner two polish boys and me a chicken wing dinner. The food is awesome!! The food is so good OMG the food is cooked fresh and is fresh. This is going to be one of my new favorite restaurants and I live just a step away. It is so good to finally have a Westside restaurant where the food is awesome and the Madison grille is the place!!

One star just because the girl in the front was very polite. Polish boy was burnt to hell, I don’t even think it was beef due to me getting extremely sick the next day. Wing dinner was thrown together with little to no sauce. I would rather take the drive to the east side vs going here which is around the corner from me. Not to mention the lobby was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in months.
