I ordered a parm crusted buffalo chicken papadilla, no onions and add bacon, that came out no bacon, no parm crust, and seemingly extra onions. I also thought papadillas were supposed to be thinner crust type things. This one came out like a regular pizza crust was folded in half and random stuff shoved in it. Highly disappointing.

This is the worst pizza place in Pleasant View Tn! I have lived here my whole life and never experienced such a unprofessional group of people! Its a 2 hour wait for pick up and delivery? How does that make sense? They always say they are short handed, under staffed and they just dont care if your mad.. I really wish they would shut down and let something else come in.

So Papa John’s is our goto takeout pizza. It is normally very good and consistent. This location is just a little off. It taste just fine, do not get me wrong, and it has never made us sick. It just does not stack up against any other Papa John’s we have used. The largest always look a little smaller, the cheese is never quiet melted enough. This last time the crust was not completely done, like the oven is just not quiet hot enough. And everytime you talk with management (just making small talk) there is always just some problem. And one other small note, this is the only location that I have used that charges extra for additional garlic butter, to me this is kind of a sign of an issue hiding in the back ground. Unfortunately it is the only Papa John’s in the area so we will most likely continue to use, as the springfield location is just a bit to far.

Was told he forgot the second 20 oz Mountain Dew, which I said was fine, that has happened with this place more than once, and I was just hungry, so then I came inside and opened the pizza box to find the pizza crushed up and the box of the breadsticks looked like someone had sat on them. Pizza was like prechewed gum, not “New York style”. Wasn’t even cut properly.

Ordered pizza for the family great customer service the delivery driver was very kind. The reason for the one star our Hawaii pizza had a fly baked under the pineapple. I called and spoke with Lauren, she was very kind and I have a credit that I will probably never use.

I’ve always loved Papa John’s pizza. Delivery can be hit or miss though. One driver called out one night and 2 hours later we still didn’t have our pizza. We asked for a refund and they did give us our money back. Everyone was very nice about it.

I made an online order tonight since they stopped delivering in my area. The pizza tracker said my order was ready when I arrived at the store. When I walked in, there was an employee taking a phone order and two employees next to her talking about the delivery area shrinking. One of the two employees talking to each other told me that the employee taking the phone order would be right with me. All they had to do was ask about my order and I would have told them it was online and paid for already. It just needed to be picked up. Five to ten minutes go by while I’m sitting on the bench in the lobby and not once did anyone ask me about my order. I got up and asked if my pizza was ready or that I wanted my money back. She went into the kitchen and retrieved my order that was ready for pickup. Horrible customer service.
