Was door dashing and after waiting in a long line I just pulled up to the window to pick up my customers food and they wouldn’t let me pick the food up because I didn’t ask for it through the speaker. So I had to wait in a long line again just to ask for my already prepared orders through a speaker.

Terrible service. Expect to wait upwards of thirty minutes in line, including ten-fifteen just at the speaker before they take your order. Employees were rude and seemed irritated they had customers.

Absolutely awful food! There appeared to be three people working at this location; they were obviously under-staffed. While they were nice enough, the order took a long time and the food was so horrible that I ended up throwing it all away. Twenty dollars worth of nasty food in the trash.

ALWAYS an issue. whether it’s rude staff, handing out orders to the wrong person, or a long wait. not to mention they rarely get your order right/ include everything. no reason why i should have placed a mobile order at 2 am and still be in line at 3.
