Wow, I didn’t realize that this unassuming little halal cart, just a little over a block from my house, and that I’ve walked past so many times, was such an amazing diamond in the rough! I happened to read the wonderful reviews totally by accident while I was on Google Maps. Figured I’d take a walk down the street and give it a try. Definitely won’t be the last time I take that walk! The reviews were spot on. I ordered the lamb Gyro with everything on it, including salad, chic peas white sauce and hot sauce, and it didn’t disappoint. It was delicious and the portion was generous. For $8.00 ($7.00 + $1.00tip) I got a meal that was so tasty and filling! Plus, the guy who served me (he was a friend filling in for the guy who normally works there who had stepped away for a few minutes) was extremely nice and friendly. Great price, great food, and really kind staff. Got the lamb and falafel combo, which I recommend. Lamb portion was generous and tender. Falafel top 5 I’ve had. Honestly everything was great, even going down to the tomatoes on the salad. Will try the chicken and lamb on my next visit!

Great spot. Always consistently good and very kind service. Always want to try something different but love the lamb and chicken over rice too much to try anything else. White and red sauces are great, and rice with cumin and spices takes everything to next level. Maybe next time I’ll try something new. Maybe.

Best halal truck I’ve been to in a long time. Everything is fresh, the falafel is tender and fluffy instead of dry. Meats are also tender and juicy. Sauces are bangin. AND a scoop of chickpeas!? Hell yes a scoop of chickpeas.
