Donuts were not fresh. Same with donut holes. They seem to be thawed out. Drinks were good. Service was good. Many fruit flies in the lobby. The restroom was dirty. I would try a different location next time.

Came to dunkin, and asked for light ice for my coffee. Cashier was respectful, yet my coffee wasnt filled to the top at all. Imagine if i asked for no ice, i’d get a size small, paying for a medium. Do better

Asked for 2 iced coffee’s, got 2 cold brews instead, then told the woman and she acted like she understood and said she would bring them back correctly done, and she brought cold brews again. Then i ordered a custom drink and it was mostly cold foam when asked to just put it on top and no whipped cream. Like 95% of the drink was cold foam.

Customer service sucks I asked for a vanilla iced coffee they hand it to me out the window the first time with no vanilla in it an no ice so I asked to get vanilla put in it she walks off comes back with vanilla still no ice my wife’s coffee wasn’t event close to full. Last time I’ll be there. Wanna charge people crazy prices but not give them there moneys worth.

Spacious coffee and donut shop which specializes in specialty coffee drinks, donuts and breakfast food, amongst other things. Serves decent coffee and world famous donuts both in store and through the constantly busy drive through. Service can be a little slow, especially in store. Otherwise, highly recommended!
