I ordered online a box of chicken tenders around 20:00 pm and it says my order will be ready 20:20 , and I went inside the store to pick up my order and I asked to make it fresh for me, the order ready to pick up, but the manager refused to give it to me, because he said that my name didn’t popped up in their system, and the amount was already deducted from my bank account, so I have to cancel the order, and I ordered a chicken nuggets and again I asked the manager to make me a fresh ones, but he refused and I left the store.

The parking area in front of door full, but no customers in the store! Must have been employee vehicles. Smart mouthed young lady waited on us, got the order wrong and instead of apologizing blamed me, then argued about it. Managers stayed in the back and watched didn’t intervene or try to help. Gave us bad to go when we were eating in, no napkins no utensils! Worst service ever! Teach these people customer service skills!!!

My visit to KFC was a flavorful delight. The crispy and juicy fried chicken lived up to the reputation, and the variety of meal options catered to different preferences. The sides were equally delicious, especially the mashed potatoes and gravy. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the limited seating space inside. If you’re a fan of classic fried chicken, KFC is a reliable choice for a satisfying meal.

Stopped here on the way back to Vancouver. Food was good, temperature was spot on, but the service was a little lacking. At the drive -up speaker, I ordered a 4-piece tenders with honey-mustard, a spicy chicken sandwich ala carte, a chicken sandwich combo, and two drinks. Was ask if i wanted a 12-piece tender, which I replied no, a 4-piece. Speaker rattled off something fast and halfway indecipherable, so I repeated the order. Got to the window and handed them my card, they ran it, handed me two drinks, and asked for me to pull around as they were making new tenders. Not a problem. They came out within the 4-minutes as promised, and handed us our bags: two sandwiches, fries, and a box. No receipt, but again no problem because AMEX will text me the receipt. About halfway home, AMEX let me know that our bill was $43.97. which seemed to me to be more than twice much as I expected Taking a closer look, we realized that we had a 12-piece tender box and no honey mustard sauce. Not what I tried to order, and it shouldn’t have been that hard. Anyway, tomorrow, we’ll make the best of it, make up mashed potatoes, veggies and reheat the extra chicken tenders I tried not to order.

I ordered from Postmates I had a delivered and on the order apparently they don’t read. I ordered mashed potatoes with no gravy and it comes with gravy. Do they not know how to read? I am not happy.
