We followed the instructions to the letter on how to make the pizzas in our oven. Both pizzas burned on the bottom, the cardboard tray on both pieces were completely burnt. One pizza was totally in edible. we had not even gotten to the complete cooking time and smoke was billowing out of the oven. Very dissatisfied.

Hard to go wrong with Papa Murphy’s. I’ve always been promptly greeted when entering. Staff is always friendly. I don’t know that I’ve ever been in the store more than 10 minutes even when they’re busy. A great convenient affordable option. The pizza tastes good too.
