The 2 women were working to get several orders ready while also visiting with me and my husband. Then another man came in and they included him! We were there June 27th at 3:30. Both women finished the orders from the multi order pizzas to out 2 pizzas. Thank you to both women, we will back soon. Chicken Garlic Pizza! Yum!

Beware. If you place an order online for a specific pick up time, they still won’t make it until you get there. I placed an online order so I could pick it up 3 hours later on my way from work to picking up my child from daycare. Despite the 3 hours notice, they still had not even begun to make it and I had to leave without the order. They were not incredibly busy or anything either, so must just be laziness or poor time management.

Super nice & quick service, came here a couple times already to pickup my orders made over the phone. Stuffed family sized pizza is usually ready within 20 minutes. They’ve held on a pizza for over half an hour when I got stuck in traffic, they had no issue with that. Fairly priced as well! Great tasting pizza every time, favorite pizza to treat me and my partner.

I pulled into the drive thru at 6:25, when my order was supposed to be ready. When i finally get to the window at 6:30, I sat for 20 minutes before anyone even came to greet me. (i already paid online so i wasnt going to leave) then i was told that they hadnt even started it and if i pulled around to the front they would be out with it within 10 minutes. I didn’t recieve my order until 7:15.

I ordered 8 pizzas for the squad following my daughter’s bridal shower. Alesia (sp) was absolutely wonderful! I requested 2 margharita pizzas which papa murphys doesn’t have, Per se. I told her the ingredients and she was thrilled to learn a new pizza! Such a fabulous attitude! Pizzas were ready when promised. Staff and quality are main reasons I make papa murphys my go to for pizza.

The 4 stars has to do with the fact the management is not staffing the store to take care of the overwhelming orders. It is Friday night. KU plays in the Sweet 16. We go to pickup our online order. The place is packed. People are waiting in the drive through lane. Orders are everywhere and literally only 5 employees in the store (one clocks out while we are there, which I applaud).
