One does not wake up in the mornings in a good mood to be treated with disrespect by other employees from the same mall. This is exactly what happens at charley’s. There is a server with black hair and beard that has been extremely rude, for simply asking a question, since I started going there. I’m sorry for anyone who had to cross paths with him at any time of day.

Very very unhappy with the service i received. My friend and i were getting food from the food court i decided on Charley’s i ordered at 7:02 a small drink and fries i asked if the food on the counter was mine. The employee asked me to see my receipt he said no….i then waited 10 min walked off to see if my friend wanted to order her food since i was waiting…i asked her to check to see if mine was done while she was waiting. When she asked about my order they told her to calm down. What? Are you serious? I’m done. I just asked for a refund and left.

This Place is a bit crowded but what can you expect from a busy mall. The location isn’t perfect but the food is more than perfect. I don’t know what it is that they do with the bread to make it so soft but dear God it is so good with the melted cheese plus steak and lettuce just go try it’s the best & most delicious 10$ you’ll probably spend at a mall.

I have always really enjoyed there food! But when I got it for my 15 year old the line was long and moving extremely slow compared to the other food places. Also they charged me for everything separate! So to feed one of my sons it was over $20 and it wasnt worth that at all! The service was extremely slow and the employees didnt try and make things a little easier by letting us know what was going on or why it was so long. It took long enough that me and the other 2 kids were done eating before he got his food and then it wasnt even hot or at least the fries were not! They definitely need to work on these issues
