The customer service I received today was just plain awful. I placed an online order that had a promise pickup time of 8:45. I arrive and had to wait more than 30 minutes. I guess the system was down? Ok, the system is down. I’ll brush it off and empathize. It happens I guess. I finally get my order 45 minutes after the promise time to only get home and have my order be incorrect. I had placed an order for a pita with chicken. However, I get absolutely no chicken, but falafel/lamb, meatballs instead. One would think the server would know the difference. Good thing I’m not allergic. Called to figure out how to get my money back, but shocker, no one answers the phone. So frustrating when after a long stressful day you think you got dinner figured out, to it really not being figured out. Last time I go to Cava due to workers who can’t even get an order right. Let’s not add the sass upon kindly inquiring about my order that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:45 as is labeled on the receipt as “promise time.” Not worth my time or drive.

We ate here tonight and everyone was so kind and friendly. We didn’t know what we wanted and they were patient and helpful, making suggestions. The meal was tasty, healthy & filling. We had a lovely experience. Gotta try the strawberry drink. It was so refreshing!!!

Recommend their falafel bowl for vegans. Interestingly they have 2 versions of falafels.. classic and spicy. Loved both of them.

What a pleasant experience! My bowl was delicious. One of the team members, Wo, was terrific; he patiently explained all the options and made me feel welcome. I’ve been to other Cava’s and like the chain, but this one worker made an otherwise good dinner truly exceptional. Thank you!

Strike 3. The food really is great but they are so disorganized and clearly the workers don’t care about the product. Such a shame. I’ve ordered take out 3 times now and I’ve waited at least 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes after the time they said it’d be ready. They focus on the walkins who get served immediately. They also canceled a group order one time without contacting me. When I called they didn’t care at all, didn’t even apologize.

I used to go to the Cava in Fenway all the time and loved it, but moved away! luckily, this one opened up in Woburn so I can fulfill all my cava cravings again. I love their bowls with *unlimited* options and that I can feel healthy(ish) eating it all! The service at this location is friendly and efficient, too. My stomach and feelings are both happy!

Sadly, this location should be avoided. I just had to get a refund after waiting 45 minutes for my takeout order and it still not being ready. I looked through the reviews and most of the negative reviews are for the same reason. It is not worth the hassle to order from a place where you never know if your order is going to take 45 minutes past the pickup time to be ready. The food here is pretty good — I was excited to get a CAVA here after eating at other locations, but this place really needs to figure out how to process orders in a reasonable time.

Just wow. Honestly SO disappointed at the treatment I received yesterday. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter online. Of course, when I got there at the pick-up time, the order is not ready and I had to wait. But that’s not even a problem. After I got home, I tried the grilled chicken and it was SO spicy. I drove back 15minutes, and kindly told the staff that the chicken was spicy and if I could get something else instead. The woman who works on preparing the takeout meals basically was saying that there is not way the chicken could be spicy, and indirectly suggesting I was lying. I brought the full meal back with me, I have no reason to lie. AWFUL, just awful service. After about 20 minutes of questioning me, they gave me another kids meal with chicken and this time it was no spicy. Though, that woman made sure to give me just one spoon of rice and one spoon of chicken. If you eve read this, I hope you regret your actions and you don’t deserve that job. NO one deserve this treatment. It’s not hard to just apologize and give me something else that my kid can eat and that’s NOT spicy. You guys work in customer service…. I’m so not surprised at all by the bad reviews about the service. I am never going back.
