Walked in to place an order, and I asked for a 12 piece wing and the gal said if I ordered the 12 piece wing it would come with cheese and bacon….ok sure whatever I just want wings, I get my “wings” and they were LITERALLY chicken nuggets covered in cheese and BBQ sauce, when I took it back in I said “These aren’t wings!” The gal was super rude and stated “That’s what you ordered!” I told her “I ordered WINGS not this!!” She then said “Those are wings!!” So for the price of wings im getting a 12 piece chicken nugget with cheese and BBQ sauce. Do not recommend.

What the hell is happening at this dominos??!? Often come here to get our pizzas but today we’ve waited over 2 hour and still waiting to get our food. This is absolutely ridiculous and management really need to be looked into. I get having a bad day in fast food, I used to do it but there is 0% communication between staff, and to the customers. It’s incompetence and need new staffing or training

I was a little hesitant to place an online delivery order here due to all the negative reviews in the last few months. But I decided to take my chances. Robert delivered my pizza on time, and everything arrived hot, exactly how I ordered it. He was super friendly too. No complaints here. It’s nice to have food delivered sometimes when I’m in a pinch, so I really appreciate the punctuality and of course the quality of the food.

Not the first time this store made mistakes on our order but last night was the last. When our order was delivered not all of it was there. When they came back they brought something completely different than what we ordered. So we go down to the store to speak with a manager and wait for over 10 minutes even though there were 3 managers there and almost no one in the restaurant. As we stood there waiting I watched part of our order get drop on the floor I just asked for our money back. I’m so disappointed in the Heights store.

Drove 45 minutes home to open up this. Very disappointed….. hard earned money… tip, donation.. and I go hungry because of someone’s negligence. Totally would go some where else… might be more money but at least u can eat it. Thanks domino’s… for nothing. This supposed to be a Philly cheesesteak pizza.

Ordered a meal for our family and everything seemed great they processed my payment… an hour goes by and the “domino’s tracker” says its still in prep so I called to check they said it would be 20 minutes they are behind not to big of a deal… then after another hour I called again and the guy starts off super rude tells me it takes more than 20 minutes to complete a delivery then I told him it had been nearly 2 hours since I ordered and he tells me your order delivery was canceled
