Normally I have no issue with this place but two days ago I came in with friends. We ordered an EX L pizza, two pastas and a twist using my name then sat down. A lady came in and they gave her an order and then sat a order on our table saying the name “Jose” whilst looking at my mixed friend. I was a bit surprised and was sad he didn’t make sure that he gave the correct orders plus the way it happened. But as he walked away I said it wasn’t ours. Then me and my friends watched as the team panicked and gathered around themselves, no one ever once told me they gave my food away but it was obvious. And then when we finally did get our food the EX L pizza I kid you not was cut into 6. And not even cut through completely. It’s okay if you mess up with orders but let your customers know and don’t panic I work in this industry too, I would have understood that mistakes happen.

It was good. They have specials. Lots of workers. Pizza has a delicious garlic salt on tje bottom of the crust. Not many parking places. I didn’t know you could eat inside there, they have booths and barstools along with multiple tv’s.

I order from this location quite a bit everytime there is an issue no apology just I’ll send you a remake will not enough we order no pork just beef what do we get pork then order beef supreme and got the supreme no beef there is no one being held accountable for this because I make the dinner time at my home and always end up eating late when I order from here so no more I won’t be back

I hate to put this on this store because it’s a corporate issue! But I think they make the rewards program difficult to use so you don’t get points on purpose! I get so angry everytime I order a $20 pizza which always costs $40 and never can get signed in to receive my points because my account is locked from too many attempted logins. I have tried to reset my password and I never get the email even after I had it sent several times and check my spam and I get all kinds of other emails from them but I can’t seem to get the one that is resetting my password So then I try just to use a different email address and it says that I can’t use a different email address because the phone number is tied to the locked up email address! Everytime I order pizza I end up so angry I swear I’ll never use them again!

Not as good as other days. Sandwiches were over cooked and dry, pizza was over cooked, pasta was over cooked breadtwist dips were over cooked. Most items were burnt around the edges. Not great quality for $68 time to go back to papa John’s

I was prepared to write a very negative review due a pizza order that was over an hour late and no one called to let us know what the situation was (they were very busy). I believe most people will be more patient if they get a quick call or text saying that there will be a delay. I let the delivery driver know how displeased I was and requested a call from a manager. The driver (Constance) was very nice and apologetic and said that a manager would call me. I received the call from the manager about 10 minutes later and he calmly explained what happened. A lot of managers might ignore the call request in order to avoid facing an angry customer, but to his credit, he called and calmly took the criticism. He rectified the situation to my satisfaction and so kept a loyal customer happy. Customer service is very important to me and this Domino’s met that expectation. We will order from them again.

Before ordering from this Domino’s I noticed that it only had a 3 star rating, but thought that was strange how could it be that much worse than the other ones in the area. Now I know. Ordered pizza tonight for carryout said it would be ready in 30 minutes, went to pick it up after the 30 minutes and was told it wasn’t ready yet that it would be another 12 minutes, well 30 minutes later I still didn’t have a pizza. They did refund my payment but don’t really think that makes up for wasting an hour of my time when all I want is a pizza for dinner. Won’t be making the mistake of ordering from this Domino’s again plenty of other ones to go to.
