Our business began as a food truck first company, and has since developed into a thriving storefront in Enumclaw, Maple Valley, & Bellevue Washington. Best pizza in all of Washington! They make the most amazing wood fired pizza. The crust is surprisingly soft, and the pizza options are unique and plentiful. So flavorful and delicious. Loved the half and half option because I had a hard time deciding they all sounded so good. We also enjoyed the beautiful view on the river – peaceful!

It was a shock to the system when Cascadia Pizza Co took over what used to be a most loved, local breakfast diner… It was a coveted spot to many long time residents. The renovation was massive and the vision of a new pizza restaurant seemed out of place. I among many locals, felt saddened and skeptical about this new ownership.

My team had a fabulous time renting the Cascadia Food Truck! Would definitely recommend the chez, butcher, and cascadia margherita pizzas. I did hear very good things about the dairy free & gluten free options as well! Collin, Thomas, and the whole Cascadia team was awesome to work with, would absolutely work with them again!!

Patio was warm and mellow – dog friendly ( ) Half order Buffalo Wings (I thought they were bomb – Wifey would have like them more well done) Caesar Salad (Wow super fresh crunchy greens (10/10) Large Butcher (Meaty Smokey Heaven) Large Buckley with added Mushrooms (our Favorite) Cant wait to go back in the summer !!

We ordered the 2-BBQ sauced pizzas, “Lolo” and “Cowboy” and wings (not pictured) perfect personal sized pizzas packed with flavour. There were plenty of outdoor seating, dog friendly and some overlooking a really nice river view.

Love this place. We hired Cascadia to cater our wedding and they did an excellent job, but I also enjoy their restaurants. I like visiting the Maple Valley location as well as their brewery in Bellevue. The pizza is really good. The Maple Valley location has a nice view of the river as well.
