Went through the drive thru to get a regular pepperoni pizza and was told I’d have to pay closer to $10 if I wanted a pizza immediately or I’d have to wait 25 minutes for the same pizza but I’d get a discount and it would be closer to $7. I said what’s the difference in the pizzas? She said the more expensive one is better so I said fine I’ll pay the extra for a better pizza. When I got home I opened the box and saw that it was a regular pepperoni pizza uncut so I had to cut it myself and paid extra for no reason. When I called to complain and speak to a manager the girl that answered said she couldn’t help me and hung up on me.

Frequently get my order wrong, always take longer than estimated, in the drive through I’ll sit in a line for 30 minutes, if I order for in store pickup they don’t update the tracker. For example, just today I placed an order at 5:35, tracker said it went in the oven at 5:45, at 6:18 I show up at the store and it has JUST been put in the oven. Over and over they do this. They need new management.

The staff is not helpful in considerate of anyone’s time! I ordered thru the portal and my food wasn’t even in the unit. I waited 35 min. Before I got helped because only one cashier was in from while everyone in the back was laughing and playing. When I asked why they have a portal if I still had to wait in line to get my order the manager rudely said because they have a lot of orders. They did not have my item in stock instead of saying they can replace it she stay quiet till I asked for a replacement! I don’t recommend this location manager and staff don’t even care about the service they give!

Awful, didn’t realize that gloves aren’t a big deal anymore. Customer service is awful, and they just promote anyone to manager? I order my pizza 30 min before I left my house and it wasn’t even prepared until I show up they tell me they’re barely starting it. All closing employees that worked may 9th should be fired, 1.Not a single person was wearing gloves 2. No one was helping in the front 3. Employees talking in the back talking about intercourse and cussing in front of customers very inappropriate. If only there was an option for no stars. Too bad it ain’t gonna change.

Today we were going in the drive thru and we ordered the pizza and they said we had to wait for the pizza. we ordered too extra paprini one of them was extra paprini and the other one was a normal paprini pizza. so that’s why we rated it a one star.

This location is consistently a huge let down. After a year we decided to give them another try. Even bigger disappointment! The pizza I received after my “wait” was absolutely insane! EVERY SINGLE TOPPING WAS IN THE SIDE OF THE BOX. Literally no toppings on the pizza (maybe a few Pepperonis that held on for dear life). I can’t believe theyd actually serve this pizza to a customer!!! With the abrasive employees, poor management (apparently), and disgusting food quality, we will NEVER use Little Caesars again. We ordered a simple pizza. Not a pizza with all toppings in the box. Disgusting! Close this location down already!

So I sat here in 107° weather, the girl couldn’t understand us at the speaker so we pulled up to the window they just looked at us for 15 minutes the little Mexican girl finally came over to us and said what do u want we told her a hot and ready and she charged us 10 dollars knowing she over charged us and then laughed And shut the window on us. Don’t ever go to that little Caesars.

Horrible. Went Thru drive thru and was told to pull up front for an 15min wait that turned into 45. Went inside to see what’s going on an they completely forgot or order. Once once we realized it was COMPLETELY wrong the big wings were Clearly buffalo wings drenched in BBQ so now we had weird spicy BBQ wings, the pizza was suppose to be Supreme which was actually pepperoni. Plus everything was cold like it was sitting for awhile. Nothing g but kids on the pm end of the shift. Horrible

Do not expect to be in line less then 15 min, doesn’t get any better going inside. Not sure what the issue is but this is by far the worse little Cesar’s I’ve ever been to, the food it’s self is a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s to doughy sometimes its just right

Worst location ever! They do not ever get my order right and it’s not even complicated. I placed an on line order in and waited over two hours just to have to cancel it. Because they did not even make it. They where not even busy!! I’m not ordering from this location again!!
