If you order the standard and don’t customize it, its good. I customized with no onions, added avocado and bacon, but got the standard sandwich. Paid for extras but didn’t get them. It was an online order so by the time I got home it wasn’t worth going back. Won’t order online for pickup anymore.

Walked in about 12:50 and immediately noticed a weird vibe. No music playing and all the employees were in sweats. The guy who took my order was pleasant. I then waited and waited and waited. Watched two other customers come and go and I hadn’t received my subs. Finally (at 1:10) I went and asked where they were and the girl looked at my confused. I told her I had a #7 and a #3 with no lettuce or tomato add cheese. She made my sandwiches and I walked out the door. Opened it up and my sandwhich (#3) had tomato, lettuce and no cheese. So I walked back into the store, and asked them to remake my sandwhich and for the 3rd time explained I didn’t want tomatoe or lettuce, add cheese. They remake my sandwhich… and I open it up just to check it’s made right and there is still no cheese on it. So again, I go back to the counter and for the fourth time, ask for cheese on my sub. The girl really hands me two slices of cheese over the counter for me to add myself. At no point did I receive a “I’m sorry” or any sort of implication they felt bad for my experience. I walked out of there at 1:25. Took 35min and 4 attempts to get my sandwhich to me. I will not be going back to this location. I was there two previous times with similar problems and rude staff. Seems like poor management and no indication that people care about the quality or put any effort into their jobs. Extremely disappointing.
