Awful to do business with. ON 12/2, I ordered on-line at 12:30pm for a 6 pm delivery, almost $50 worth of food. Pizza didn’t arrive on time, so I called and got a “pizza will arrive at 6:10PM automated message. It didn’t. I had to call 5 times to get thru all the promo msgs, finally got an extremely rude woman who basically told me “tough bounce, you’ll just have to wait and it might be another 2 hours”. The Pizza finally arrived at 7:45, 1 hour and 45 minutes late.

Placed an online order – Estimated wait time was 48 minutes, I did not problem with the wait time. But when I called after waiting an hour and half, I was informed my order was ready they were just waiting on a driver and as soon as they loaded up my order would be on the way. I waited another 40 mins. Food was a mediocre temperature, pizza was fine, but the wings were not cooked to order.

I know this is a chain pizza place but my Blaine Papa Johns is so wonderful!! I’ve ordered from them over and over with no issues. They sent us a coupon for a free pizza this week for being late on their last delivery, but honestly no one in my family noticed them being late. But come on…that’s how you do good business!!! We will always be loyal customers and huge fans of the pizza!! Thank you!

Gave my order and got something different. I called twice for a fix and the manager said for me to call at normal business hours. I asked if she oh he could fix my order… she I believe said to call tomorrow for a discount or a fix for our order. She was very rude and should find a new job. Thanks

If I can add no stars I would! I called to cancel my order and was told by manage to hold for 15 min, finally after being hold on for 30 min they took me off hold. I had told them once again I wanted to cancel my order due to the wait being a little to long, which they have not started making my order, the hung up on me once I said again I wanted to cancel my order. I proceeded to call again an they picked up my call and I asked again I would like to cancel my order, then the manager said okay an I gave the information, once it was given I asked will I get my full refund they hung up again! They need to take a customer service seminar for lack of service! Very rude. I will no longer order papa johns anymore.
