Taylor was engaging and friendly. Service was fast and prompt. Store was clean and well stocked in displays. First time we ever visited a Jimmy John’s…food prices were comparable to other sub/sandwich shops. The wraps and pickles we got were totally worth it! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

45 minutes for delivery for a sliver of meat. There isn’t a full piece of meat on the sandwich. The sandwich was hollow and visible through each end of the bread. We ordered food for the office during a meeting with a window of opportunity to eat. All of the orders were not labeled, and all were in different variations of what was actually ordered. The order and the customer wasn’t fulfilled to satisfaction. Understaffed doesn’t mean under fulfill the orders or inaccuratly.

I ordered sandwiches for delivery last night. The delivery kid stood outside of my apartment for 15 minutes talking to my neighbor, my fiance had to go down to physically get the order from him because he wouldn’t stop talking. In total, it took 45 minutes to receive the order from 1.7 miles down the street. We open the bag to find that our sandwiches and extra pickles were labeled with disrespectful terms as seen in the picture. We drove to the store to find the kid laughing about it, but then “sincerely apologized” with a huge smile on his face. His manager refunded our order but I will not be returning to this location.

While I will always seek out a Jimmy John’s over Subway or Mike’s or any other sandwich making shop this location could do well with their staff acquiring training on manners, wrapping the food properly, attire in the store, keeping the drink station stopped as well as cleaned up, and how to legibly get through the orders when they are reading it off of the ticket to ensure that everything is in fact in the bag when they hand it to you and say that everything is in the bag that you ordered. The staff must be shorthanded or overworked due to summer hours or not enough help because every time I have gone in they are constantly sitting in the back on their phones complaining about how they’re working double schedules and tired of it. And they look at you like they’re surprised that you have an order in even though the ticket has been hanging there and you show up 20 minutes after the fact and your food is still not been made and they treat you like you should never have walked into their establishment in the first place. Due to living in the area this is the place that I go to pick up my food only because I choose Jimmy John’s but the staff could use training and manners, food preparation and communication skills.

Stopped by today for a sandwich and chips to go. Got back to work to eat and had slightly different sandwich than what I ordered, not a big deal. I was hungry and didn’t want to fight traffic to go back. 5 minutes later the Jimmy John’s guy walks into my work with the right sandwich. He had taken notice to my work shirt and knew were to go. That right there is awesome customer service! Kudos to this Jimmy John’s location!
