Quick eats from a quick place. The price is unreal. The taste is fine A usual spot for my nephew. He likes to take me here. I see many people ordering to go. It is a limited seating outdoor Japanese Street Food vibe. Cool. I will always be back. The folks who run the place and work here are diamonds in the rough.

I get food at the Ume Grill from time to time. Usually have the beef bulgogi plate and potstickers. Food is always fresh, however they have a high turnaround in employees, so often the food doesn’t always come out the same. Can be hit or miss. Just a few seats to eat there … mostly for take out.

This is my go to place. I love their rice! The sauce is delicious and they do a great job with their tofu as well. The plate portion is quite filling, I usually can only eat half and then save the other half.

First time at this location, but wow!! Seriously so good. The plates are the same as the Pearl St location but I tried the onigiri and it might be a new fave in town! The rice is nice and sticky, the protein flavorful, and the salad is not only super delicious, but also really healthy. The veggies are fresh and the dressing is awesome. Love that it also comes with hard boiled egg and almonds on the side. I’ll definitely be back!

Way too much garlic for the garlic tofu. It was way too potent. I’ve ordered this before and never had an issue. Also pretty sure they use butter as their oil. I just assumed this dish was dairy free but if its an allergy for people I would recommend asking before hand.
