The woman that took my order was amazing. She helped us figure out prices and which way was cheaper for us so we were still able to get what we wanted with the money we had….everything was clean and well stocked. The other employees was all friendly, joking around and making the customers laugh and every customer left with a smile.. I would highly recommend this place to ally friends and family

My friend and I visited this taco bell location today for lunch 6/1/23. An employee had her 3 children there with her at work in the lobby. They were loud,disruptive,playing at the soda machine and smelled very strong of urine. Very poor taste and extremely unprofessional for a business. I will never return to this location for lunch and if I could give it negative stars or zero I would.

Horrible, cashier was very unprofessional. My mother (Hispanic) who speaks very little English tried ordering by pronouncing and pointing at the item menu. Order came out wrong and cashier got annoyed at my mother then proceeded to roll her eyes. The manager did not help as well as she said “ I don’t feel like doing a refund” and told me to pay $2.99 for the missing items when I had already paid 4.99 and the meal that I wanted was 5.99. Lake wales Taco Bell do better and hire cashiers that likes to do their job. Cashier are supposed to help costumer make their order not get mad and annoyed by them if not then ThAts not the right job for you!
