every single freaking time i order online it’s messed up. today was the first time my orders been right but to my surprise there’s quac dripping out the side and a hair stuck in it. i have given this place so many chances. will not be ordering again. on top of that it was $30 for one bowl. absolutely disgusting

I come to this chipotle all the time and I get extra black beans and extra mild all the time. I ordered a bowl today and the lady that was a manager took my order and charged me for 3 sides because I got extra black beans and extra mild. She also gave me a huge attitude because she was running out of beans and didn’t wanna get more so she told me she would have to charge me extra which they NEVER charge me extra they only charge me extra when I get double chicken which is understandable. When I told her I would pay extra for the beans she had annoyed look and was terribly rude and then when u asked for extra mild she looked even more annoyed and gave me an attitude and then started giving me small portions with the other things I got. She then proceeded to change me for 3 sides even though I got extra mild and extra beans which made no sense. This ruined my whole day and she was being very rude for no reason and had the worst customer service ever. I’ve never had an experience like this even tho I go to chipotle 4 times a week

Placed an online order for pick up Sunday night for 9pm. I arrived on time and it was a bit busy. Showed my online order code but they claimed they never got it. There were several other people waiting for online orders too that were late. I did have to wait until almost 930 for them to make my order. The food was good.

The white rice is either so old it’s hard or so undercooked that it’s hard either way it’s inedible, skimpy on the chicken because they were running out, 10 people working but only one taking orders everyone else was just wandering around. Definitely worth it to take a drive out to the moe’s by Ulta instead of coming here.

The people working were very nice and respectful I did ask for a double scoop and they were nice about it and didn’t give me a hard time and they didn’t charge me for the extra meat and rice etc! Overall they had smiles in their faces and they were nice about it all so it was perfect!

Someone needs to get corporate to this location STAT. Agree with other reviews. Staff has zero personality and come off rude. Place is a disaster. Food all over the tables. 6 people working and no one cleaning. Soda machine was out of order. So you couldn’t have a beverage. The refrigerator was empty and the beverage cooler too. I mean this is one of the worst experiences at a chipotle ever. Such a shame this town will not have this restaurant because I can’t imagine any one going back. Store is often only offering digital orders. Store is not lit up well. Napkins all over the floor. They SLOP your food onto the dish like your back in high school with the lunch ladies. Maybe I just got lucky but I order chipotle often from all different locations and one common thing is that when I order for delivery they forget stuff or it’s freezing etc. just unpleasant. I ordered from this one for delivery and they literally not only followed my instructions and remembered every personalization but my bowl was WARM even with the cold toppings and packed flawlessly without leaking. I’m so impressed and pleased.
