I often buy Oreo IceCap in here. Everything was good, good services . However, one day in the morning I buy on the way go to school, the worker I think she was training she make Oreo IceCap for me but I told she put whipcream but she is not, because I was in hurry so it’s fine tho. The problem make me want to report that in class, I realize the drink had broken in the side that why I don’t understand why the drink had drip out & then I get it.

Just get the Oreo Iced Cap from the Drive Thru. The speaker very nice and polite, he already get 10 starts from me. But I believed the member who made coffee gave me a WRONG/MISTAKE coffee that they were made for another person before me!

To my understanding Tim hortons ratio for cream and sugar is different then anywhere else. Alright that’s fine, so I got used to 1 cream 2 sugars. Maybe 1 out of 10 times I will get the sugar. Maybe the machine is broke not sure but it’s annoying when you pay over 3$ for coffee and don’t get it the way you order it.

not sure how a bacon egg and cheese is supposed to have lettuce and tomato ♂️ i have been coming to this tims for years and they have messed up my order numerous times. this was the final straw for me, not only did the employee go out of their way to ruin my breakfast but the eggs were ice cold and the bacon as well, gross. i don’t even trust them for coffee and donuts anymore. just gonna go to mcdonald’s up the road for breakfast from now on

Took three tries to get my order correct! I then bite into my wrap and it is missing the extra sausage but still charged! To top it off the coffee tasted like no one had cleaned the coffee maker in weeks.

DO NOT go here. they have went down hill the past year VERY rude employees. the one guy Dante was very disrespectful. walked away and closed the drive thru window on me and refused to give me his name after he raised his voice at me. took 2-3 minutes for someone to come over to the drive thru as i sat there. i was not gonna move until i got his name. the “manager” alisha says they will “handle it” , very doubtful. i had to ask several times his name to the “manager” , not good customer service. if you don’t like dealing with people why work there???????? absolutely terrible!!!!!
