Wait staff was great (even offering to fry chicken from raw since one in our party did not want BBQ sauce on her meat), food was tasty and served quickly. Cornbread was super tasty and moist!

Called to place an order, told them I don’t want any BBQ sauce on order, when I get there it has BBQ sauce all over everything. The Brisket was tough and dry even though it has sauce over it. The Rice Dressing was horrible, the rice was not cooked so it was crunchy!! I will never be back oh and to top it off the plate cost over $15.00 the only thing that was eatable was the cornbread! I gave it one star because I had too otherwise there would be a BIG 0!

Popped in on Valentine’s Day. Popular place to get a good tasty meal. May have to Park on the street but get in there by any means necessary. A generous serving of Liver and Onions/ Oxtails with Mustard Greens, Cornbread, Blackeyed peas, Rice and Gravy and Cake was enjoyed by those who were blessed with the opportunity to partake of these meals. They were seasoned to perfection and one was able to still savor the flavor of the meal. Thank you! 10+

Delicious home style southern food and a friendly atmosphere. We went there on Wednesday and ordered fried chicken. It was so good. The chicken was juicy and tender, with extra crispy batter. The sides were very nice too. Definitely try out corn bread dressing. It’s one of our favorites.

We had the okra chicken and sausage dinner. The chicken was good but only one small slice of sausage and a little okra with rice. The quality of the ingredients and the over spicy seasoning used couldn’t hide the cheap ingredients. Also we were over-charged when they ran our credit card. Pass.
