Always horrible. Always mess up something in the order even if it’s one thing. Have had horrible customer service situations multiple times. Today my coffee was messed up and then after they messed up they were rude about it even though we weren’t being rude. Just wanted my coffee. Come to find out the person being rude was the person in charge… sad. Won’t be returning to this location ever again. Told myself in the past that I wouldn’t because they always get things wrong but today was a definite deal breaker.

My wife has been raving about this Dunkin location for 2 years. I rarely get food from there just because of my work schedule but today she brought me home a bacon egg and cheddar cheese bagel… It was probably the best fast food breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. She always tells me the service is great, the food is excellent. I felt obligated to share my and her consistent experiences. Best Dunkin in town.

Went in this morning and definitely didn’t have the most friendly experience. The girl at the front desk was not friendly and the attitude was not comfortable at all nor did I feel she was dress appropriate. Wearing sweat shorts that were very revealing does seem like a family orientate atmosphere. I don’t know the work attire guess management might see it a different way.
