Usually go to the location in Lee’s Summit but went here since we were in the area. Looks exactly like every other Longhorn- pretty cozy, low lighting, western aesthetic. It wasn’t very busy so it was pretty quiet but it can get a bit loud when it’s full. Our waitress was awesome; super attentive, friendly, and helpful. All the food came out great. Both the filet and ribeye were cooked just how we asked (medium rare, not over done at all) and were very tender. Sides were great, especially the bacon macaroni. We got the mushrooms for an appetizer and they were really good- my sibling even spread the extra cheese over some of the bread provided. My mango margarita was good too, not too strong like some places. It was a pretty good dinner with the family!

It hurts to give such a low rating, but the last visit was the worst of all. 15 minutes sitting at a table without acknowledgement. (They were not busy.) Had to ask them for assistance. Once our order was placed, it was another 15 minutes before our drinks came out. (Waters and 1 soda) 45 minutes after our order was placed we received our meal. Over cooked steak. Cold broccoli and chicken. A plate brought to share a meal was filthy, as if never washed. Our 2 appetizers were never brought out. Once a manager came to our table and was made aware of the issues, our appetizers were brought out to take home. A discount was given on our ticket and 2 free appetizer tickets given for a later date. The evening was blamed on the server being new. There should’ve been teamwork from the others. More training if needed. Just a horrible experience on this evening. We hope to give it another try again in the future.

Went in on a Friday night at 9:40 excited to get a great steak dinner like I had in the Lees Summit location a few weeks ago. Stood there for about 3 or 4 minutes before I was greeted (should have been my first clue) but im patient. We finally were greeted and taken to a table. We watch for about 10 minutes and servers passed by us as well as the host. No water …. NOTHING. Then a family comes in and was seated immediately. The server was at their table with waters and a smile quickly. As the host passed us again as if we didn’t exist. I wanted to make a sceen because of how on purpose it felt. However hubby and I decided to just back out to the Lee’s Summit location.
