Terrible service. Food took 30 plus minutes to get. After food arrived we were never checked on or asked about refills or more drinks. Our waitress sat at the bar texting and taking smoke breaks. Food was okay at best. The restaurant used to be good when it was Sheila’s.

We have been there quite a few times since they opened & we are very impressed with the food & the great service. Grand Opening night we had drinks immediately & good food within 5 minutes! This is becoming our regular spot for a night out. We highly recommend Rose City Bar & Grill!
