i know how busy this location is, i know how hard it is to work in customer service especially when their always short staffed. they do the best they can and i appreciate the whole staff. I’ve read many reviews and yall sound childish yall are complaining about small things but dont think to realize how busy this location gets. my best experience have been at this dunkin if you dont like it go to another one its that simple Came here at 7:23am and ordered me and iced vanilla latte… ALWAYS THE BEST!! their all sweethearts and the manager is amazing!

They really handed me my drink like this today…I am so glad I thought to take a picture before trying it because at this point you can’t make this stuff up with this location. When I asked the drive thru employee why it was 75% full she acted like it was the standard. I am dumbfounded really. I have visited 4 times this week and each time has been a disaster. At one point in a visit, the girl making the drinks came to the window after I requested a remake. She literally had the sticker off of the drink in her hand and still read it off to me incorrectly? I order the exact same drink every day and somehow it is always different colors, different consistency, flavor, etc. I give up on this place

I was at this dunkin after work on Sunday and one of the people working behind the counter (Victor?? I believe was his name) yelled at someone next to me “i hope you choke on Oreo Cappuccino Blast” and she started crying when she got in her car! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! It was EXTREMELY unprofessional and I will not be coming back if he is here, as should everyone else. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!!
