Update (7-9-23) I’ve up’d to 3 star(from 2) overall. They need proper training. The rice this time had same ludicrous amount of line, but 0 cilantro. Only reason its up 1 star, everything was hot this time. All the utensils and Napkin holders were filled among other items.

I ordered a mini burrito bowl. There was too much rice and beans comparing to chicken. The rice was undercooked. They were out of pork and queso. That place didn’t seem that clean although one lady was trying to clean the tables.

This place used to be great, but the food anymore is just okay. The staff acts like they hate being there and seems annoyed you’re asking them to do their job. Get new management and new staff..much better 10 years ago.

Trying Qdoba for the first time tonight and comparing it to Chipotle. Qdoba certainly is MUCH more generous with their portions with the pricing about the same, and I got the same chicken & rice bowl, with the same ingredients. The only criticism is that Qdoba did NOT taste as fresh and good as Chipotle. And some of the ingredients added a sogginess to the whole bowl that I didn’t have to deal with at Chipotle. So, comparing them, even though I got more food for my money at Qdoba, it’s more about taste so I will stick with Chipotle. Also considering that the service was worse at Qdoba (as it always is even when picking up Doordash orders), that is another reason I will stick with Chipotle because their employees generally are always much more cheerful!

When I got there, the front door was broken so people couldn’t get in. People waiting in line had to go to the door to open it for other people who were showing up. The cashier tried to charge me 14 dollars for a chicken burrito. I asked why and she said I got double chicken. I did not order double chicken. Then she went to the manager, who she said told her I ordered double chicken, and the manager came over and opened the burrito up to see if there was double chicken or not while like 10 people were waiting in line.

Bowls are smaller than they used to be- but still have good portion. Still good quality food. Chips last 2 times were bland and meh. Its close and good, wish I had time to come in and order at the counter.

Brown rice has gone downhill. If you aren’t going to put the right amount of seasoning then why even make it. Plus, it was overcooked. I should have ordered in store and not online. Maybe I should just get my chips and queso only from here now.

Order delivery at your own risk. This location routinely leaves items out of my delivery order. They have left out sauces for my quesadallas. On my most recent order, they left the chips off of my chips and queso. When I complain to customer service, their answer is to offer me free chips and queso, but they do nothing to correct the quality control at this location. After repeated mistakes, I’m done ordering delivery from here. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself, so I will only order if I can go there and pick it up myself. And check every item. Because they have shown that they won’t.

I was expecting it to taste like Chipotle Mexican Grill, but it did not. It lacked flavor. I was very disappointed. I’ve had Qdoba when catered and it was quite good. Also, counters & tables had not been cleaned.
